My sis-in-law had given birth to a twin babies and they are so adorable especially the baby girl. My mum said the baby resembled me when I was just a baby. Haha... I did not know I was so cute then. The baby girl's head is very round; she has a long ear lobe & a high forehead whereas the baby boy's face is kind of sharp & smaller in frame than his small sis. They don't resemble each other at all although they are twins!

It has been a joyous occasion for our family this week! I have never visited Gleneagles before, quite cosy for 1 bedded room. Quite an interesting sight to see the nurses wearing christmas hats on X'mas Day! I did not know X'mas mood could be feel in such places!
Just had an annual X'mas dinner with in-laws & relatives yesterday at my place, I did not cook a single dish this time round. Too lazy to cook and clean the whole house after that. As usual, turkey and ham were not to be missed! My hubby's favourite! It was such a tiring day, whole day was occupied by the event. I am quite a big fan of meat especially ham, but not this time... felt kind of sick to eat so much meaty stuffs... very yucky!
Koi became the centre of attraction when it performed some stunts that shocked them. It moved its body vertically at 180 deg C with its tail out of the water and nibbled on the small rocks. They were very astonished by its move but we were already used to its usual style. In fact all the 5 princesses knew this stunt, like birds of the same feathers flocked together. It seemed hard to include new comers to their tank community I suppose.

Okay... shall move on to the Xmas gathering on last Friday. I think I was covered with the bbq smell.... on my clothes... on my hair. Guess what??? An ang mo guy who was sitting next to me stood up at the next mrt stop and offered his seat to a lady. I was looking at this lady.... she was not old at all & she was slim okay... so I thought it was me! I guess the smell was kind of strong as I could even smell it... ha! Anyway... I did not care much, just happy I got a seat in the crowded train back home.
I was kind of surprised that most of the gals in the group reacted SOoo strongly towards richie although I knew all along they did not like him. What frustrated me most was the fact that he did not carry out the reno work which he was supposed to. This was the most desirable project I wanted to do badly... & this jerk just jeopodised the whole thing! I should learn from JS and say WTF!!!
I just hope the gals will bear with it for the time being. Don't be demoralised and keep your positive attitudes going... don't let this affect your quality of life!

Just said nothing much to blog lately... I got a shock out of my life just this evening! MY KOI!!!!!!!! This was something I would never imagine...not even in my dreamland. Please do not think of the most extreme but it almost got itself suffocated!
I was at the sofa watching the match on table tennis finals until I noticed something peculiar about my koi. The mouth kept opened widely and I took a closer look. My gosh!!! 1 stalk of fake green plant actually got stuck deep inside its mouth! How could this happen???
My hubby & I were at our wit's ends as there were no ways for us to catch hold of the big koi... We opened up the tank cover and my hubby tried to catch hold of the fish while I standby a pair of chopsticks. In the end, we gave up after we knew that it was a mission impossible. We then intended to call the aquarium people for help. Ha.... I thought this would sound kind of ridiculous... I wonder how the guy would react!
Luckily I thought of my dad who is an expert in most of the stuff.... I called him for help! It sounded sooo ridiculous to him at first but he still came for the koi rescue! All thanks to him... he caught hold of the koi easily after washing his both hands for don't know how many times... my hubby then used his hands to pull out the fake plant from its mouth. What a sight! I did nothing though except feeling the pain in my heart to see the koi suffer.. I had the stupid green plant removed from the tank..... ohhhh.... the koi was so worn out after trying all its means to get rid of the culprits! I'm sure it had learnt a great lesson today & what a busy night for us!

Nothing really much to blog lately as I am busy watching the SEA games! It's really exiciting to watch the events especially in table tennis and swimmings. It will be World Cup next year and I am set to subscribe to the channel to enjoy the luxuries of watching it at home. I still remembered that I watched a few important matches of the last world cup with my hubby in coffee shop! So many uncles, ah peks there .... damn noisy... I still prefer the cosy feeling of watching at home.
By the way, those who intended to watch Zombieland... rated as M18 (Horror comedy)... plss avoid this one unless you are real bored & got no better shows to watch! Real lame storyline.... not scary at all.... & not funny at all! The story plot was a total piece of shit! Luckily it was only 6 bucks per ticket!

Saw an adorable little gal this noon at the bus stop with her mum. I was just behind them. This cute gal wearing a hot pink spectacles kept turning her head and looked at me... She then removed the spectacles she was wearing & put it on her head! Ha.... this gal is barely 4 yrs old! I'm very surprised when she turned around & waved goodbye to me after she had boarded the bus... What a cutie pie!
Ate many zhui kweys today at the famous Tiong Bahru market & Waterloo Street... Awesome! The one in Waterloo Street is the same as Chong Pang. I found the one in Tiong Bahru market to be average only....no fight for Waterloo or CP! Yummy Yummy!!!
Look at my ideal fish tank in future! Happened to spot my dream tank in Qian Hu....I hope to put it in my house one fine day!
